3 month old BO and Dominique’s - males or females?

Hi there, new to forum! I have seen lots of images of BO and some Dominique’s. I have 3 month old chickens and am trying to determine if I have any roosters. There has been no crowing, all seven have the same color comb and wattle. I can see only one BO with slightly pointy neck feathers and is the biggest of them all. I assume that one will be a rooster. Almost all run up to each other and bump chests, and have done so since very early on. Any ideas on how many roosters in this mix?

The first one is a red sex-link (maybe, I’m not really familiar with buff orpingtons just yet) pullet and of its a buff Orpington then it seems to be a cockerel.
As for the Dominiques... I think you have 4 cockerels...

The first buff orphington looks like it could be a roo but at the same time it is 3 months old so i’m leaning more towards pullet. I’ve never had a dominique before so take this opinion with a grain of salt, most of the ones pictured above seem to be male. Like i said, i’m probably wrong about this but there most certainly is a certain “roo look” (darker beaks, shorter combs, big red waddles) that i see in those birds. Either way they’re beautiful and healthy looking birds!

Now is a good age. I tagged a few member who are way more experienced than I am, hopefully you have mostly hens!

The brown birds are not buff Orpingtons. They could be Orpington crosses if you got them from a backyard breeder. If you got them from a feed store or directly from a hatchery, I think they might be freedom ranger meat birds, as they are quite large. The other possibility is red sex links, but they look off for that type of chicken. All the brown ones look to be pullets.

I believe the Dominiques are all male because they have the paler color pattern, compared with the darker pattern of Dominique pullets. And they have big red combs and wattles at 3 months, which is too early for most hens to have them.

It sure would! I REALLY hope the reddish brown ones are sex links so at least there would be a few layers...

Beautiful birds but i’m pretty sure the red ones are not red sex links they don’t have red ears
