3 month old chicken closing one eye.. Suggestions?

Hi I have a 3 month old blue andalusian. I noticed today that she is closing one eye. She still opens it, don't know if she scratched it. I got a good look in her eye and there is no swelling or redness. Had any of your chickens ever favored one eye? Is it OK to rinse with saline solution that I'd buy for my eyes? Any advice or should I just keep an eye on her. She is still part of the flock and no one is distancing themselves from her

Yes, I would flush the eye with saline and see if that helps.

Photos of the eye may be helpful as well. Hopefully she just got some dirt in it or a peck to the eye and all it will be fine.
