3 month old Cochins HENS or Roosters?

Both look like males to me as well.
 
I am curious, but at what point do Cochins start to show roo combs and wattles? Our Giant Cochins are 3 weeks and are supposed to be pullets, but you know how than can go. I hear they mature slowly, and I know our Jersey Giants (also slow) didn't become obvious roos or pullets until about 5 weeks.
 
These two developed combs early on, but I kept hoping that they were quick maturing hens. Even though they are Roos they are so mild and docile. Good luck with your giants!
