3 month old orpington/cochin mutts - all cockerels?!

Considering that they are cochin mixed, you probably won't notice the saddle feathers unless they come in a different color.

They do have awfully largish red combs for 3 month old birds so I will go for them all being roos for the time being, number 5 and 2 looks the most like pullets though, keep us posted!

The 3 pics you posted second time...first two roos, 3rd ?? 1, 3, 5 boys, 2,4 look boyish...don't be surprised by more boys than girls.

Good possibility for lots of roos when hens lay in the heat...according to a local chicken farmer/hatcher I know. May be why a lot of those summer ideal bantam specials are turning up boys...

3 mos now means hatched in July, laid in June/July. How hot was it when the eggs were laid?
