3 mth old is walking strangely

Hi,

Our 3 month old americauna is suddenly walking as if she is "crouching", and isn't standing up straight. She doesn't want to walk and lays down as much as possible. Can't see any wounds or anything else. My 5 year old and I are very worried! What do I do??

She may have hurt one of her legs. Or maybe her back. I cant really tell unless I could handle her. But this is what you need to do. Take a small cage maybe like 4 square feet. Put it in a nice cool shady spot. Put plenty of clean water and food in it and keep her in there. This will allow her to eat, drink, and be comfortable and unstressed while keeping her from having to walk. After a few days she should be okay unless its something major. But if shes walking around i dont think its that bad. Let me know how things go. Good luck

Thanks for your reply. So far she is slowly getting worse. She still wants to eat and drink.
