3 Mystery breeds & gender help : )

I have three mystery chickens that I need help with! In six years of raising chickens, this is the first time I ever went with the mystery batch… It’s kind of fun yet. I really hope I lucked out.. with your help hopefully I don’t have to wait any longer to find out!

My guess is that the first one is male, and the dark one is female, not sure about the other. No guesses on breed, as the color they originally feather out is not always the color they stick with. I have had chicks who feathered out brown and spotty turn out red later on.

Saratoga Farms Cream ridge usually I only get breeds and pullets that I know, but I’m a teacher and wanted to get three to bring to the classroom and of course give a home to if my flock allows it.​

I still think the dark one is female, but if you see pointed feathers on the back and neck or curved sickle feathers on the tail, then it’s male. Honestly, comb development is pretty dependent on the breed, so they’re only guesses at this point. Good luck!
