3 out of 6. First time hatch

So I'm looking for some help. Two eggs had lots of development but didn't make it. One chick pipped then got his beak stuck and died. Other three seem ok. Little giant circulated incubator and turner till lockdown. Then moved them to a second circulated air little giant.

Should I unhook the fan and go still air for the hatcher?
Should I stabilize the eggs somehow to keep them from getting rolled around by the other chicks?
Running humidity at 65% in the hatcher. Too high or low?

The humidity should be around 45% or 50% at the start, and then moved up to about 60% or 65% during lockdown they could of drowned inside the shell
