First time Hatcher questions

[Foul Mouth Farm]

I am hatching blue Swedish duck eggs. My still air incubator has been on lockdown for about 4 days with temps at 100.8 and humidity at 62-68%
I woke up this morning to my egg looking like this. My humidity dipped to 55 at some point during the night. So I quick got it back up (to about 75)
What is going on in there? Is it an internal pip? Should I make a safety hole? And if so where? The little duckling is very lively in there

Also little one sounds like it’s choking… is that normal?? I can see its beak open and close and hear the choking noise when it happens. There are no chirps or any other sounds
