3 out of 6 Roosters?

Hello,

I have a few chickens I’m starting to question if they may be Roosters. They are all about 13 weeks old. I got 3 RIR and 3 Barred Rocks and two of the reds look the same as the picture the third has barely and comb or wattles yet. The other two rocks don’t have the large reddish combs and wattles either yet. Maybe they’re just maturing at different rates? Thanks for any insight.
