3 sick hens need advice

It's concerning that Autumn is not getting well. What does her poop look like?
Sometimes being ill allows for other things to take hold as well. Is there any way for you to get a fecal float to see if there is a Coccidiosis or worm overload that could be dragging her down further?

I've been checking their poop & haven't seen anything abnormal. There was some slightly tinted with green & yellow, but for the most part everything appears business as usual. I'm trying all the tricks I have done with the others but she just won't take a better turn. Breathing sounds normal, no weird poop, no swelling, just wants sleep, & she is ostracizing herself from the others. And I'm glad you said that about continuing carrying it. We have some new chicks coming in May, I mean they won't join the flock till probably end of June, but still does this need to be a concern or should we be fine so long as we watch them?

Anytime you have had a respiratory illness within the flock there is a need for concern.

Determining what your goals for chicken keeping is important too.
If you don't plan on selling, trading or giving away hatching eggs, chicks, adults (started pullets, old hens, excess roosters) then keeping a closed flock and treating or culling only the sick ones would be the way to go.

Now...if you have plans for breeding/selling, showing, etc. then have some testing done so you know exactly what you are dealing with, do some research and then decide what your next steps should be.

As for new chicks - there is always a possibility that chickens can get something from each other (like kids going to daycare). Illness is spread through dust, dander, feathers, mucous, bodily fluids and on it goes - so.......chicks could potentially become ill. If they do, then treat only the ones that are sick like you have done.
