3 Speckled Hens, not sure if one is a Rooster, HELP!

Bought 3 week old chicks in August and was told they were all female
Now they are older noticed that one is more aggressive than the other two, and has a very red face and comb
Where as the other two have small combs and are pale pink in the face
Its feathers curve over at the back and there are green feathers in the tail
Is this normal for speckled hens or not?
They are nearly 3 months old
Can some one help please??

You likely have a cockerel. The photo isn't close enough to judge neck feathers and we can't see legs or tail but that's a very red comb for <3 months.

Glad to have you join us! That looks like a cockerel to me. Can you get a side view picture of him though? That way we can see the tail and neck feathers better to confirm its gender for you.

The one on the left in the first photo (with the larger, redder comb and wattles) is a cockerel. The other birds are pullets.
