3 week chick, white diarrhea/leakage and normal poop. all else is great.

I have a 3 week old chick that developed a leaky bottom 2 days ago. Her poop is fine but she is continually leaking the white diarrhea. She is eating, drinking and foraging fine with the rest of her flock (9 siblings) and mama. Her feather are a bit fluffed up compared to siblings. I have soaked her bottom in warm water and epsom salts, treated with veterycin, and applied a tiny amount of prep H nightly. I fed her plain yogurt today. This morning it looked almost normal then started leaking during the day again.

There are no other signs of problems within my flock. They all free range sun up to sun down, have access to fresh water, and have a clean & secure coop at night.
