3 week old attacking 7 week old

Instead of supervised visits, use a one way gate, that the tiny chicks can fit through, and the bigger chicks cannot. This will allow them to escape if being pursued or threatened, but allows them to explore when they feel confident. Set it up, put the littles in there, and watch when they venture out, you give them a little chase, so they figure it out.

This is how chicken society works, with the younger, smaller birds giving way and getting out of sight and reach. They will get over the integration much faster, than when you control it all. From the chicken point of view, you keep introducing strangers, and then removing them, so that each time it is a start over. Unless they are truly getting along already, which is what your picture suggests. If so, you can leave them together.

They are only 3 weeks old though. Don't they still need heat? Our lows at night are around 65.
I usually start keeping it off during the day by then and keep an eye on them at night. 65 should be plenty warm enough but if you find them huddled on top of each other or chirping loudly turn it back on for over night. If they are quiet and comfy, let em be..

Make a huddle box. Take a card board box, slightly taller than they are, Glue in an old pillow or some other insulation. So that the height is about back level, make sure that there are two exits. Do not trap them in the box. Let it get dark, stick peeping chicks underneath it. With in moments, they should be silent. I use this in the garage at 30 degrees F. Works like a charm.

Check an hour or two later. Just to make sure. Wildly peeping chicks are distressed chicks and cold, if they are quiet, they are happy.
