I usually start keeping it off during the day by then and keep an eye on them at night. 65 should be plenty warm enough but if you find them huddled on top of each other or chirping loudly turn it back on for over night. If they are quiet and comfy, let em be..They are only 3 weeks old though. Don't they still need heat? Our lows at night are around 65.
