I have 12 3 week old baby isa brown chicks. One recently got pecked in the ear by another one. Then her ear swelled up some so the others did it some. I separated her for a couple days. Put Pick no more on it and some bag balm. It looks swollen below her ear. And when I took the other chicks out of the broader some of the others look a little swollen. But how do I get the others to leave that one alone. But she missing the down below her ears now. Please help!

This is what it looks like. It's like they sense it. They take a long look then peck her in her ear. The dark around it is the Pick No More she had on it.

Poor thing. I consider heating lamps to be more of a yellow light than red, even though the bulb itself is red. Try adding a regular red buld to light the area. Or you'll probably just be forced to separate it. Good luck!

it's like they sense it's there. They stare at it for a minute then peck her in her ear, and she sits there while they do it. I don't understand. The dark around it is the Pick No More I had put on her.
