Amoxicillin for my hen with a reproductive infection - please help!!!

I have a Americana/Silkie hen currently struggling with what looks like a reproductive infection.
She's around two years old, and hasn't laid for months. I'd been giving her daily calcium citrate+D3 but that didn't seem to help. She is now acting slow and lethargic and won't even eat scrambled eggs. Her crop is squishy but I can't smell anything coming from her beak. Her droppings however... awful...
Curious where everyone sources their amoxicillin, and is there any way to get it without a prescription?

Also anyone recommend a particular online chicken veterinarian you trust? I don't have a poultry vet in my area.

What state are you in? There are state threads where locals can give recommendations. I don’t use vets for my chickens since most don’t have a lot of knowledge unless they own chickens.
