3 week old chick balding neck...pics

Hello everyone

I confess to stalking post....but first time posting...I have what I think is a cochin ..(feed store was a bit confused on what they were..

) with a red and sore looking neck..its missing feathers and looks raw....she/he( don't know that yet)


....eats...drinks..poops plays norm...but scratches at neck all the time...I have checked for mites/lice and cannot see anything...is there anything I can put on it...I tried ointment but that seemed to make it worse..

she/he is with another cochin, but this one is usually the pickee...lol any help and advice would be greatly appreciated....Thank you
