3 week old chick, clear slim/mucus in mouth. Help!

You need to give the Corid in the water. The drench is only given extra for a boost. If you have only been giving the drench, that is not enough Corid. I would start over giving the 2 tsp per gallon in the water for 5-7 days.

Here are some pictures... But I hate to say but I think she is dying. When I came to take the pictures she was laying down, which she has not done since this started. After I took the pictures she started to cough for the first time, or at least what I think is a cough. Then she went limp, still breathing bit no longer coughing.

Update... She passed away. After she passed, water was leaking from her mouth and when I picked her up to place her in a box it was dripping from her mouth.

If anyone happened to know what caused this I would greatly appreciate anything.

I'm sorry to hear that you lost her.

It's really hard to know the cause without investigating further.
Some send the body to their state lab for diagnostics to get more information.
