3 week old chick having trouble going to bathroom

One of my 7 that hatched seems to be having trouble going to the bathroom, like it gets stuck and takes her a while to completely go. She also acts like it may hurt. Other than that she seems perfectly healthy, any ideas on the cause and what to do about it?

We had one with a similar problem and I searched for a while on here and applesauce mixed with honey seemed to be the consensus from all he threads I read.
