3 week old chick not walking

I have a chick that was hatched about 3 weeks ago. She doesn't seem to be able to walk much. She will take 3 steps and sit down. I found her today upside down with her legs moving, but unable to flip over on her own. I will often find her lying on her side. She is eating and drinking normally and otherwise seems fine. Has anyone experienced this before?

Nope... sounds to me like she is dying slowly.

I would cull.

I don't want the weakness inviting disease or illness to my flock.
