I went to the brooder pen of my 3 week olds this morning, and found one of them breathing heavily, but standing, took him out to check for any external trauma and found none. He expired 15 minutes later. I haven't been feeding anything exotic, just 20% starter crumble, and electrolytes in their water. First one I've ever lost in this manner, and seems thus far to be an isolated affair. Anyone else had this experience and been able to figure out a cause??
