This chick acts like the moderator. When the others get fussy with eachother it goes up to the agressor, stands up real tall and kind of chest bumps it to tell it to back off. Plus it's one of the first ones to run to me when I come in.

My breed guess would be white Plymouth Rock. I have one that is two and a half weeks old and has very slow feather development compared to the chicks of other breeds (Salmon Faverolles and Buff Chantecler) of the same age I have in the brooder. Mine also has the same grey color on the wings.
