Thanks, everyone. They are bigger than these pics now, so I'll update pictures weekly, so we can try to guess genders.

If I had to guess genders at this age I'd say the black is a cockerel. Thanks, everyone. They are 4 weeks now and I'll update pictures weekly, so we can try to guess genders.
I was leaning that way, too. The red got tail feathers way faster. But.... last night the reds comb looked pinkish and the wattles area looked pink, too! I'll be so sad because we can't have roos where I am.If I had to guess genders at this age I'd say the black is a cockerel.
Both are cockerels. Here they are, as of yesterday. I love these two so much, so i may have to have house chickens if they are roosters. View attachment 3817827View attachment 3817828View attachment 3817830View attachment 3817831
That's what I figured You think these little guys will be too loud to hide inside? Both are cockerels.
I'll get those tonight and post them. The frizzle was growing tail and feathers much faster, so I was hoping a pullet, but then that comb starting coming in hard. The black one's tail looks much smaller.First chick looks like it MAY be a cockerel because of the speed of feathering. I have experienced with my chicks that the pullets feather alot faster than the cockerels. Second one MAY be a pullet. Can I see pictures from the top, and of the tail progress?
One of my chick batches are 3 weeks old and I can see the difference of the pullets and cockerels.
I have no experience with frizzles though, so my guess could be incorrect.
