3 week old chicks

These are the last two I'm struggling with. They're 4 weeks old now. What are people's thoughts?

I took 6 eggs to hatch for someone a few years ago. Five hatched. They were all male.

Ouch. It does happen sometimes. With that ratio, you're going to need to get a lot of hens or get rid of all of your boys. Or keep one boy nad yw a few more hens.

Yeh, the 3 males are for the table. 1 male and the female are been sold. The next batch are all mine, so I'm hoping for better ratios

My last hatch of 19 that will be 5 weeks old tomorrow is 11 hens and 8 roos. Have another set to hatch in next few days hoping for the same mix, so far most of my hatches have been within a difference of 5 or so either way. I usually set 25 or 50 eggs each hatch, so I have been pretty fortunate so far.
