3 week old duckling bad leg

Hi i have 2 cayuga 3 week old ducklings an 1 has a bad leg it looks like the knee joint is swollen he is struggling on it an seems to kick it up when stood still .. is there anything i can do for it please

I dont no the percent in the feed its a feed thats for chicks an ducklings im in uk
