3 week old EE chick - pullet? color?

Here's the one EE chick I kept from my recent hatch. Thinking it's a pullet? Wondering if she'll be all white like her Father?

It's way too early to know for sure. Nothing outwardly male is showing so far, but it's stance is awefully upright (females don't tend to stand tall like your chick is doing).
