3 week old getting pecked

Hi all. I have a Brahma that had its tail pecked at a few days ago. We removed her and treated the area. The area looks great. We’ve tried to reintroductions to the Brooder and it hasn’t gone well. I didn’t put
Blu-cot prior to the second intro, but the area was completely healed.

What can I do differently? Thanks!

You could try having a barrier between the flock and recovering chick so they can get used to each other again and not see each other as a threat. We create a little broader and attach it to the big broader with netting between. After a day or two the reintroductions go smoothly 90% of the time.
