I found this quail sitting alone, kind of hiding behind their water just now. The other quail were spread out a little, but mostly in a group on one side. I noticed it's beak is very bloody. I don't know if it tried to fly out and got hurt on the top (chicken wire) or if others may have been pecking. Regardless, is there anything I can do to stop the bleeding so I can put him/her back in with the others? I didn't notice it like this earlier this morning when I checked on them.
