3 week old silkie chick smaller than the rest (and not looking good)

commercial flocks and a voluntary participation program called NPIP (many ppl who show and breed participate in this program) are the only ones tracked...many many hobby and backyard breeders do not test nor participate in that program and this is where the problem lies.
A necropsy would be advisable if this chick came from a source other than a commercial one (like McMurry or such) where such testing is carried out.

Yeah she is from Ideal. I've been washing her butt with baby shampoo and putting prep H on her backside.
