3 week old silkie I think has wry neck

Two days ago I noticed one of my silkies was holding her head down and would walk backwards. After looking and researching the cause could be from lack of vitamin E and other nutrients. We are feeding chick food from local farmers store. I looked at it and I didn’t really see anything. I have 4 chicks this is the only one. I made some meds for her and hope she gets better. If not we are going to the vet

Besides using 400 IU of human vitamin E daily, I would also give a little thiamine (B1) since wry neck can also be from a deficiency of that. Make sure the feed is fresh dated. Wry neck can also be from a head or neck injury. Do you have any pictures of the chick? Make sure that it is able to get enough food and water, or you will need to hand feed.
