3 week old silkies chick with eye injury

Hi everyone I woke up today and noticed the smallest chick wasn’t walking around normal. Upon looking at it I saw there was a wood chip stuck in its eye. I used warm water and a q-tip to help get it out. Now it’s eye is super inflamed and I’m not to sure what to do. The chick and open it about half way and it’s really goopy. Any ideas on what I can do to help

Hello! Flush it with saline and put Neosporin on her eye. You may need to seperate her from the others if you see them pecking at it.
