3 week old speckled sussex with crooked toes

I just got eight chicks, all different breeds and my speckled sussex has one curved toe on each foot, any thoughts ???

I have a speckled like that. I tried to "Shoe" her to straighten out her toes to no avail. She is fine, gets around fine.

Could be a genetic defect. However, unless you were thinking of breeding from her it should not be an issue. She will lay eggs as well as the rest and you won't notice any other problem with her, I have an old Warren....Twistedtoes....you'll never goes why I named her this(!). she is currently living out her retirement, being well past egg laying age and has never had any physical problem throughout her long (for a Warren) life,
