3 week olds with combs?

I have 8 ameraucana chicks that are 3 weeks old. They all have a liitle space for their combs but 1 chick has acomb coming in. It's still tiny but bigger that everyone elses. Could she be a rooster?

Mine got combs around that age too. They are 5-6 weeks now so I still dont know what gender they are. But I am hoping Girls!
