3 week Salmon Faverolle

Can anyone tell me if this Salmon Faverolle chick is a male or female? It will be 3 weeks old tomorrow. I got the chick from Tractor Supply. The salmon colored feathers came in first and the wings were long. But this past week, we noticed the black color increasing.

Looks like a male to me. I think I heard that with salmon favorelles, if there are black feathers in the wings, it is male. It also depends on where you got it, hatcheries can get different coloring. With the comb being that red I am leaning towards cockerel.
(Wait for other opinions though, I am not an expert)
