3 Weeks old BR's, hen or roo?

I know it's probably too early, but wanted to see if anyone can tell, we can't keep a rooster, my chickens are illegal sadly. One of them makes a weird noise instead of chirping.

How old are they.....a couple weeks?
4-5-6 weeks you'll know for sure from size and color of comb and wattles.

There pullets, pullets have wider black stripes, while roosters have whiter stripes
