I also noticed this morning she has watery discharge coming from her eyes.

Does she still have watery eyes? What does her poop look like?​

I found a reference on a an avian veterinary site about giving niacin and it says you can give 23 mg niacin per pound 3 times a day. How much does your duckling weigh?

Well I am hoping it's a deficency and it will get better with time and supplements but she had violent seizures a couple nights ago flopping so bad she got air I have her in the house so when it happens I can hold her down so she doesn't hurt herself and hurt the other ducks and chickens I have by keeping her in the house. Free ranging I do let her out so she can go out and have a somewhat normal life with the others but I am out there. It seems to happen the worst at nightime, she will sit and twitch it is like she literally cannot sit still.

The human formula isn’t adequate she needs 3ml a day.. and never hurts to try instead of just saying oh she can’t be helped it’s a neurological issue .
