3 year old Leghorn with bumblefoot and diarrhea

I have a 3 year old leghorn with bumblefoot. I cleaned her up on Sunday, bandaged her foot and put her in the shower away from the dogs and cats. Today when I went to check on her, she was sitting in a huge puddle of her own diarrhea. She is on flock raiser crumbles, water, electrolytes, and an antibiotic.\

What should I do? What else could be wrong? How do I get rid of the diarrhea?

She survived the night...to which I am surprised. She looked like she was on the verge of death last night.
