3-yr old Barred Rock Pullet Hen needs a new home! (Minnesota)

OK I didnt see him down at the barn but I did just email him and will be in touch with him within the next few days, wont forget promise! Hard for us to cross paths sometimes lol
No problem, thank you for doing that, and I'll be waiting for your reply :)

If that doesn't work out for you, let me know. We are in Ramsey, MN and could possibly make room - she would have to get used to other birds and a couple of cats here.

Will do! I'm just going to wait a day or two for the previous person to confirm yes or no.
I think she should be okay with other animals, though I'm not that sure about cats. She's never been violent during warm weather--it's just during winter that she acts up because we have to keep her indoors (she freezes up at the sight of snow).

OK chatted with him this morning, hes sadly not interested, apparently he just brooded up bunch of younger ones not to long ago and is set for now :-/ hopefully the other lead will work out!!!

That's okay, thanks anyway! :)

I'm outside Henderson, MN. Did you find a home for her yet? I'm new to chickens (a whole 3-4 weeks) and have room for one more gal (assuming she is overall healthy and pest free). Have 6 buff orps - 1 just laid her first egg yesterday, and 2 speckled sussex, 2 golden laced wyandottes, and 2 silver laced wyandottes all around 9-10 weeks old. Was on here looking for some matching roos, but saw your post and figured I'd see if I could help out since I'm pretty close.

Hello there! Actually yes--I need to close this thread. Sorry about that! But good luck with your flock, as well as with finding a rooster!
