Quieter? Welsh Harlequin or Cayuga?

Yes, I like them. But may be too loud from what I understand. I'm still considering the welsh harlequin, my neighbor said three should be ok. My neighbor on the other side has not moved in yet (empty house now) so I can't ask......I want ducks for pets and the eggs...

Do think to tell us if they are on the quiet side...? I'm pretty curious myself.

Welsh Harlequin ducks are really beautiful, so yes : just for it, you should like them.
They are also renowed to be very good layers! (But : I don't have any experience with them, so don't take my word for it...)
