I signed up for the 39 day challenge. Requested the coupons.... never got them. Now, I get an email saying to install a printer to get the coupons. It won't install. I am getting frustrated. What is going on?

I have had the same problem. It's not new with this Purina Promotion. Earlier promotions have had a problem with coupon printing. (Maybe this will spur some response--I print Nutrena Coupons monthly) May have to pass up participation in the Challenge. Sorry.

When I first tried to print my coupon,a window popped up saying I needed to install Digital Coupon Printer. When I tried to install that, it told me I needed to install .Net 4. After I did those things, I was able to print the coupon.
The best thing is that Coastal Farm & Supply is having a sale for $11 for the 40# bag. So using my coupon, I was able to get it for only $10.

I signed up and never received an email nor the coupon, apparently there are many technical problems, missed communication issues and confusion with this promotion...

Purina did take care of my issues and sent me the coupon, and yes installing the coupon printing software is nothing but a hassle but it did finally work...

I fully understand the intent of the coupon printing software is to stop you from printing multiple copies, but even the cheapest scanner/printer combos nowadays will photocopy your printed coupon nearly perfect so the coupon printing software function is easily defeated by those that choose to circumvent and print counterfeits... I know this is a big problem on some other coupon sites and forums and they beg you not to do it as many times the retailers get left without reimbursement from the photocopies since it was counterfeit, and can really bite into ma/pa or small stores bottom line...

All set, Purina resent coupon and was able to print one without issues.

It took a while for the coupon e-mail to arrive, but I was interested so I bouth the Oyster strong pellets before I received it. My chickens DON'T like it. There is feed all over the hen pen, and the girls who are still laying are giving eggs that look chalky. I don't know if it has an irregular taste or composition, but I don't recommend the change. I went through a full bag with my 17 hens, and am getting 5-6 eggs a day, as opposed to the 9-11 I am accustomed to. I've switched back to Nutrena. BTW, I couldn't get the coupons to download without activating the add-ons, so I didn't bother.
