33 Week Old RIR Not Laying

My 33 week old hatchery RIR is not laying! I am sure of it. She is the only one I have that lays brown eggs and is old enough to lay and I never have brown eggs! We do let them free range, but we have searched everywhere. Any idea what is up with Rhoda? Should I hold out hope or assume she is a dud?

This year a lot of pullets seem to be really slow to start laying or have gone on strike and are just waiting until spring. She is acting and looking fine, not molting? How developed/red are her face and comb? The rest of your girls are laying fine? Do you have them under lights? First year pullets mostly lay without lights, but at this rate...
