33 week pulled not laying

You are welcome to join our group of duds! You are not alone and many others have chickens the same age (or older) that are not yet laying. I'm not sure if the public shaming really gets the girls to lay, but one by one the duds of the group have started laying now that days are growing longer.

Also, pics of your pullets might help others help you determine if they look ready to lay. If you are in the northern hemisphere it's still mid-winter with short days, so regular laying (even from your laying birds) might not exactly happen this time of year.

I've seen much debate over layer vs. grower. Personally, I've switched to layer, but I found one that is 18% protein (like grower) so I feel I'm getting the best of both worlds.
Well, I just pulled up a calender and they are actually 36 weeks! We brought them home as chicks on May 13, 2017. This is a pic of them the day we got them...

UPDATE...
FINALLY, Belle my SLW started laying about 2 weeks ago (36 weeks), and Sparrow the EE started squatting a week ago and started laying yesterday (38 weeks). I'm a.little confused, as yesterday she layed a light green egg, and today there was an olive egg of the exact same size and shape. I don't have any other hens that lay olive colored eggs, so I know it's her. But, could she have layed the light green egg too? I only have 1 other EE that lays light green, and she's not laying.
On another note, I switched from layer feed to all flock 20% and they started laying soon after...

As a brand new laying hen, her color/size/frequency/everything really will adjust a bit and is subject to change over time. So yeah, you could get some really odd eggs for the first few weeks/months.

Lighter egg was her first?
The brown coating that makes the blue shell green/olive can vary,
especially when they first start laying and also later in the season when they slow production to molt.
That's a nice Olive!
