33 weeks old and still no eggs?

My girls are 33 weeks old my EE still has not laid a egg! Of course it's my only EE and i am SO anxious to see what color her egg will be! My GLW was the first to lay back in Dec. and the others have been laying since mid Jan. What is going on????

My ee's waited until 30+ weeks to lay their first. Should be soon.

Mine started between 24 and 30 weeks. Does it free range? Look at her face it will get real when she's ready to lay. When you find it this will be you.

Her comb is really red, but hers was the first to turn red way back when. When the weather is nice i give them a few hours a day to free range. I have scoured the yard for eggs just in case, but have not found any. I guess i just have to be patient, but she sure is taking her sweet time

My leghorn layed at 33 weeks and EE usually mature slower...It'll be soon.

You get any eggs yet. My EE's are like laying machines. All of my girls are laying. Even the Spitzenhaubens. Star are getting longer. Now all my older girls will start the broody thing. What can one do.

hang in there! My 2 EE's JUST started laying last week and they were coming up on 11 months! Worth the wait for those pretty blue eggs!
