Little notches on the list….

x) coop whitewashed very successfully
X) well is now in full temporary operational status as of now.
X) have had mowers give more issues, delaying the goals of freshening up 2 for sale and keeping the 3rd riding mower…
X) HVAC air handler surprised us with a slow leak…. Getting ready for “likely $4500 repair/upgrade” very soon
X) lots of delays on the acquisition and transport of the 12x24 shed to be the upgraded well house.
X) life….
