3month old sapphire gem... is it a boy?

Curious as to what you pros think..3months old now and not positive if I have a male.. thanks for any help!

I don’t think it’s a male. I don’t see any saddle feathers/big tail feathers, the comb and wattles aren’t that big, and there are no spurs. He/she looks pretty hen-ly to me.
I’m not that good at this though, so I’m not that sure

I’m not a pro, but I believe it’s a cockerel. Sapphire Gems/Blue Plymouth Rocks are a sex-linked hybrid, and only males have barring like yours is showing.

That's definitely barring, I'd say you have a boy. Sapphire gems are sexlinked, boys are barred and girls are solid.
