3nd EGG IN 4 DAYS!!!!!! WHHOOO 6 10/2 PLUS A RUBBERY SOFT SHELLED ONE

Congrats! You can fry them just like any old chicken egg. They will fry up a little firmer, which some people prefer and others don't. If you like your eggs very tender, you can add a little milk. I like them firm, though. Honestly, you probably won't notice much difference in flavor. They're very similar to chicken eggs, but I do like them better in baking--much more loft, and moister too.

It could mean another one is laying! Sometimes it means they need more calcium in their diet. I forget if you said you are offering them oyster shell? Bt considering the age of your hens I would bet on the former!!

I started offering them oyster shell a few weeks ago.. I still have them on mazuri waterfowl maintence though.. I was thinking that 19 weeks is a little young for them to be on layena. but I could be wrong...
I found a tiny one this morning is a nest..

I got 7 eggs today. Considering I have 5 females, that's pretty impressive! LOL

It looks like 2 were laid later yesterday and hubby just didn't see them when he put them in the pen last night. So I actually have 5/5 2 days in a row!

I got another today.. I think I counted on the calender and I've gotten about 11 in the last 13 days.. We ate some scrambled last night.. I added a little milk and cheese to them.. Hubby tasted the cheese but said they were still good.. I always add cheese to my chicken eggs.. haven't tried them fried yet. Need to know how to do it so them aren't rubbery...
Made a cake Saturday and I could tell the difference in texture..
