Aaactually, they have extention plugs for cars. There's an incubator, genesus I think. Its a styrafoam hovabator and several of the books(I've called every hatchery in america, I'm sure. I called and ordered lotsa free catalogs when I was twelve... laugh all ya want. That's serious obsessive chicken disorder for ya.)

Well, it's a hovabater with all the advanced electric stuff, but you can buy a car plug for it. Isn't that the best frickin thing ever? 12v car plug...

I have the inverter for my car...because it allows me to plug in the Eco-Glow, too. That lets me keep the staggered hatches going, no matter what. You know what' really obsessive? I visited the Agricultural Hall of Fame's National Poultry Museum in Bonner Springs, Kansas, so I could look at hundreds of the old fire-powered incubators, hatchers and brooders...so I could make my own plans...just in case.

THAT'S OBSESSIVE.

Huh, well looks like I've offended several people... I'm sorry...

I'm not a vegetarian. YET!

I said the same thing as I posted a few days ago in sixth grade agriculture... even the TEACHER called me a hypocrite. I hated that clss. Cows this, cows that. Blegh! I don't care about coooows! I know this already! Sheesh, that's what I get for going t school with morons. And all we did was book work. Passed with a 27%.

Bah. I'm entitled to my opinions, aren't I?

Buut anyways, I agree it's better than store stuff. With their horomones, chemicals, slaughter houses, etc.

I wonder if chicken patties and nuggets are even real chicken...

I had something written right here, but I deleted it coz I would be banned from BYP fo saying it. I read the rules, believe it or not... mostly. And a lot of people would hate me for it.

Is it weid that I have chickens, yet I rarely eat eggs? Are eggs even considered a meat?

Here are my six hatched chicks. One of them is not like the other....

These photos were taken the instant I set all chicks down in the temporary brooder. They aren't accustomed to the EcoGlo unit yet. (I have pushed them under its shelter.) They are currently wobbling around underneath there.

I needed to move them out of the incubator, but haven't got the ginormous brooder set up outside in the coop, yet. And this is their first night!! You know!!!
