3rd born

Hi guys back to ask yet another question. The 3rd born chic was born yesterday about 6pm, he is still not fluffy and hasn't left egg at all. He picks his head up and looks around but that's it. The one born an hour after it is already fluffy and up and running around. Is something wrong with it? Do I need to do something to help.

Depends on what it looks like inside the egg I would think. He could just be taking his time.

he was fully hatched he just acts like he doesn't have the energy to move. we took him out of the egg but still have him in the incubator but still not fluffly still really no movement. im really concerned now. Anyone have any ideas?
