3wk old chick still has splayed leg

I have a 3wk old chick that came to me at 10 days old with a splayed leg. We've had her for 9 days in a bandaid brace & her leg hasn't improved. How much longer should she be braced? Could this be permanent problem for her? Thanks for the help.

Does the joint see to turn out slightly?

You could try hobbling her again and putting her in a chick chair for a day to see if that helps.
