Chicken hock broken or something else?

I have a newly hatched chick whose right hock is bigger than her/him left one and she wont put weight on it. We thought it was splay leg at first but then we looked closer and when we put pressure on it she peeps really loud. Also one of her toes was under her other ones when she hatched. All day she just stays under her heater and doesn’t drink or eat much. When I do see her/him out she usually is being pushed around by her 13 other sisters/brothers.
They are the smallest one and has feathered feet unlike a lot of them, I have a silkie and I think the chick might be a silkie chicken. Are there any common diseases in silkie chickens or chicks?

Did she hatch this way? How old is she? Can her leg be straightened then curled back in without her chirping (and on her own)? Same with her toes?

Yes she hatched this way, she is about 6 or 5 days old. No her leg won’t straiten and neither will the toes
