3wk old chicks itching/bleeding

hello everyone a few of our 3 week old chicks have itched or pecked their backs on the wing and they are bleeding, what can I use to help this heal? what can I put on them so the others won't peck them? They are acting and eating normally. Thanks so much!

You have to get a product called Blue Kote.
The color keeps them from pecking at the red wound.
I believe you can find it at feed stores.

I second BlueKote.
Although I learned it doesn't stick well to chick fluff....stuck to me instead! But at 3wks it should be fine (not just hatched).
